To maintain the excellence required for effective solutions, each of Delta’s CoEs supports certification and education programs for its professional staff, develops custom methodologies, and forges strategic alliances. Each CoE works closely with customer sales representatives to advocate for the right-sized and right-scheduled solution proposals, and each CoE works closely with the delivery team to achieve the proposed solution: a quality product delivered on time, in scope, and within budget.
