In order to facilitate this development, Delta has introduced an in-depth Consultant Services Model (CSM) and a Field Staff Management (FSM) program for all of its consulting employees. The CSM is a proprietary model created by Delta and serves to clearly define the roles, responsibilities and skills that are necessary for a successful career in consulting at Delta. 

The FSM program provides every team member with an experienced mentor that is committed to providing career counseling, coaching and assistance to assist our employees in fulfilling their desired career objectives.  The FSM also serves as the primary contact to the office for our consultancy and in communicating corporate initiatives and other news to our geographically diverse consulting staff.
