Hiring Process

At Delta we invest in our candidates so that our clients are comfortable in making an investment in them. We ensure that every candidate we present to a client meets the high standards of our hiring process. Delta’s hiring process will usually consist of the following steps:

  • Initial Screening – After an initial resume review, every applicant meets with one of our talented recruiters for an interview to afford us an opportunity to learn about the candidate and identify if they meet the culture, skill set and overall job requirement.
  • Skills Review – Once a candidate passes the initial interview, they may be subject to a skills review to gauge their proficiency in the required technology and business skills. Depending on our need, this may be either specific to a client’s business or technical requirements or general business experience and knowledge.
  • Sales / Vice President Business Development Review –We want to make sure our Delta consultants will be a good fit within our client accounts; therefore, an Account Executive or VP of Business Development, a subject matter expert in the business and on the environment of our client accounts, will interview potential candidates to determine if they will be a right fit for the client environment.

Only those candidates who we feel pass the full hiring process will be submitted to our clients for consideration.
