Five Point Hiring Process

Delta Corporate Services is a professional consultancy that hires top talent. We provide quality solutions based on the expertise of a quality staff. We invest in our people because our clients invest in us. Every Delta hire meets the high standards of our hiring process. Delta's five point hiring process consists of the following steps:

 

  • Initial Screening - After a resume review, every applicant goes through an initial recruiter interview to give us an opportunity to learn about the candidate and see if they meet our stringent criteria to be a Delta consultant.
  • Skills Review - Once a candidate is approved as a Delta type, they will be subject to a skills review to gauge their proficiency in technical and business skills.
  • Executive Interview - Candidates that demonstrate the right combination of technical and business professionalism will meet with top management to discuss career opportunities at Delta.
  • Account Manager Review - Because the success of our clients depends on our ability to provide quality solutions, we make sure our Delta consultants will be a good fit within our client accounts. An account manager will interview potential candidates to determine if they will be able to work within the client environment.
  • Field Staff Management - After a Delta consultant is hired, they will be assigned a Field Staff Manager. This person will act as a mentor and help guide the consultant throughout their Delta career.
